Ordering
1. How do I place an order online?
You can either search by cartridge or by printer model. Once you have found the cartridge you need you can easily follow the steps to purchasing your new cartridge.

2. Can I order by mail or fax? Yes, we accept orders by mail and fax. Instructions for off-line shopping are provided at Ordering.

3. Sales Tax Prices on the website do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. New York residents will be charged sales tax, but all other such duties or taxes shall be paid by you, or, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.

4. What is the cost for Shipping?
Shipping is very inexpensive. Your shipping cost will be $7.00. As a limited introductory offer any purchase greater than $80 will be shipped FREE of charge!

5. Will you ship to international locations?
International orders will not be processed, except for Canada.

6. Which credit cards do you accept?
We using PayPal, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Discover and electronic checks.

After Ordering
1. Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order you may do so by emailing us. Please type "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. Please include your Full name and order number.

Refund Returns
1. What is the procedure for a refund?
Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made.
